The Sheffield Climate Alliance, which we are part of, has organised an event on 29 May called "Its Time to Act". The aim of the event is to build up our Sheffield Alliance as well as connect to wider national actions.
Unfortunately, It's time to Act clashes with our last film in the Film Festival. Liddy offered to attend and give 60 seconds on what we are doing about climate change. The other groups invited include:
Hope for the future
WDM
Hazelhurst
FOE
Greenpeace
Transition Sheffield
Trades council
People’s assembly
SCC
P and P
Universities
Frack free South Yorkshire
Quakers
UK youth climate coalition
