- Sheffield Environmental Volunteer Celebration - Thursday 24th April 2025
We have been invited (5 spaces) to the Sheffield Environmental Volunteer Celebration on Thursday 24th April 2025 18:30 (doors open 18:00) -20:30 at SWFC Hillsborough Stadium. The event will provide a chance to:

- Our April meeting clashes with Easter. Decide when to meet and should it be in person
- Action Network - Does anyone fancy taking on this role? It involves sending out an email once a month to our supporters and the system allows us to create petitions etc. Training can be provided.
- We need to ensure our email list and WhatsApp details include everyone so people are not missing out on information.
- Climate Change Campaign
Friends of the Earth would like us to send a report to our MPs and ask them to meet with us to discuss the new climate change plan.
- Planet over Profit Campaign
There is a webinar on 10 April. We need someone to sign up for this and keep the group informed about what is happening. We believe the plan is to have a forest mural for kids to colour in whilst we are talking to parents. We'll be asking them to sign post cards to send to the government.
