It appears that National Friends of the Earth are planning to campaign on air pollution issues and they have asked for opinions via a survey. Members of this group have responded and we agreed to go away and think about ways we could get involved in Sheffield. The idea is that we have two main campaigns – food and air pollution.
Shaun mentioned a good air pollution documentary on BBC News 24 (see link before it expires on iPlayer ) and that the Sheffield Green Party had asked taxi drivers why they need to keep their engines running near the train station. Other people mentions the air pollution issues around Tinsley and the M1.
