We forgot to pay for one of the films so it was suggested that we give them a quarter of our takings from the last festival. This will make it £20. Liddy is to send them a cheque.
For our next film festival, as David has looked into the hiring of a lecture theatre it was suggested that our next film festival is in May 2014 so that we can get them for free.
