Sheffield Renewables has advised us and other subscribers that it is too expensive to proceed with the Jordan Dam project due to the Environment Agency requesting another fish pass. They are asking shareholders to vote on the motion ‘To suspend the development of Jordan Dam Hydro and make the development of a series of solar schemes a priority.’ At our March meeting it was decided unanimously to vote in favour of the motion.
