Richard talked about his Master Class on The National Planning Policy Framework. A film was shown about a successful campaign opposing the building of an incinerator in Merthyr Tydfil. Before the campaign FoE was thought of as a bunch of tree huggers but afterwards as a very useful organisation with expertise. The NPPF does not include National Infrastructure, Waste or Transport.
