Food & Fishing Campaigns

On Monday 8th June, the Showroom Cinema was showing a new film called End of the Line. It is from the distributors of The Age of Stupid, a documentary on the devastating effect of over-fishing on the planet's ecosystem. Filmed over two years, with beautiful footage of our oceans, investigative reporter Charles Clover confronts politicians and restaurateurs about the implications of our love affair with and over indulgence in fish as food. A few members of the group went to watch this. For more details see www.endoftheline.com
